Business Mentoring

I provide a bespoke approach for each client based entirely around their needs and review our approach as their needs evolve.

I am particularly attuned to supporting neurodivergent business leaders or founders who are looking for a mentor, a right hand person, a champion, to offer guidance, accountability and keep them on track.

The support I provide can vary from setting up regular one-on-one mentoring sessions each week, where we review business challenges, ongoing anxieties or staffing issues, to monthly half-day sessions where we explore the strategic direction of the overall business or create a staff wellbeing or self-care programme.

I guide clients to their own decisions through a mixture of coaching and mentoring, although some clients describe my style as a mixture of mentoring, coaching and therapy!

I tend to work within an agreed monthly retainer or by costing out projects/tasks in advance around my hourly rate and a client's budget, so there are no surprises.

Executive Coaching

Neurodivergent talent can often be squandered at work because individuals are exhausted, burnt out from masking their neurodivergence so as to fit into a system that often does not support their way of being.  They may question why things are such a struggle, concluding that it must be them, leading to diminished potential or opting out of the system altogether.

The coaching sessions will encourage you to explore what 'working at your best’ means to you and discuss workplace executive function strategies.  Typical areas where strategies may be needed include time management, memory, organisation, concentration and stress management.  Strategies can be for both the individual and the system they inhabit.

The hope is that the process of exploring what ‘working at your best’ means builds confidence, self-acceptance and understanding, empowering individuals to harness their potential and to feel good in their neurodivergent way of being.

Coaching is not passive. It requires active engagement in the process and a commitment to try strategies identified and created in the sessions.  It is therefore best approached when a client feels they are motivated to really engage and benefit from the coaching journey.

Sessions can be held online or in person (I have coaching space in London NW3 or W1 and also offer walking sessions)

Free Introductory Session

This initial 30 minutes session is held online and covers the following points:

  1. A brief overview of who you are, your background, and your current circumstances.

  2. If you know what you want to get out of coaching/mentoring, for example, your goals and what you need from me.  If you don't know yet, that's fine.

  3. Based on the information that you provide, I suggest a suitable coaching/mentoring plan tailor made for you.

  4. You can then consider whether or not it is right for you.

You are under no obligation to sign up for coaching/mentoring after your initial consultation.  You can take your time to think it through and come back if you have any questions.
